MINSK, 8 February (BelTA) – Chairperson of the Council of the Republic Natalya Kochanova met with outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Belarus Nasirdjan Yusupov on 8 February, BelTA has learned.
By the end of 2020, the number of cybercrimes in Vitebsk Oblast increased 2.7 times, but the number of grave and especially grave crimes decreased by 12.5%.
