Lukashenko, Aliyev hold phone talks

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko held a telephone conversation with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev on 27 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The work on the draft of an updated Constitution has been almost completed, Head of the Belarus President Administration Igor Sergeyenko said in an interview with the Belarus 1 TV Channel, BelTA has learned.
