Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko held a telephone conversation with Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov on 22 September upon the initiative of Kyrgyzstan, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The heads of state discussed two major topics: the bilateral relations and the situation on the Kyrgyzstan-Tajikistan border.
