Now the content of outdoor advertising, including those placed on billboards and transport, shall be approved by local executive and regulatory bodies. The approval procedure shall be determined by the Council of Ministers.
These measures are designed to prevent cases of misleading or unethical advertising.
The amendments shall not affect advertising placed on cars containing exclusively the information about trademarks and service marks, transportation of passengers and cargo, phone numbers of taxi dispatchers and the sale of this vehicle.
