The competition is meant for innovative startup projects with a detailed business plan. They will compete in two nominations - Smart Project and Hardware Project.
Competing in the first nomination will be startups developing information and communication technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), machine intelligence, Big Data, cloud computing, 5G, etc.
Competing in the Hardware Project nomination will be startups developing and producing novel high-tech products.
The prize pool in each nomination will be the following: $3,000 (winner), $1,500 (first runner-up), $500 (second runner-up). The money will be paid in the Belarusian ruble equivalent.
Those wishing to participate need to fill out an application on the website sgc.mgtp.by through 25 June. By 26 June, the working group of the competition will select the finalists in absentia (no more than 10 entries in each nomination). A face-to-face presentation of projects will take place on 30 June. Winners will be announced and awards will be presented on the same day.
