“The address consists of four sections, an introduction and a summary,” Chairman of the Constitutional Court Piotr Miklashevich noted announcing the address.
The first section analyzes the constitutional-legal mechanism of realization of rights and freedoms of citizens in the modern conditions on the basis of the updated Constitution. “The second section analyzes the Belarusian model of the welfare state. The third section looks into specific constitutional control over constitutional complaints and requests of courts of general jurisdiction. The fourth section provides information on the execution of decisions and the legal positions of the Constitutional Court.”
According to Piotr Miklashevich, the address will be sent to the president and the houses of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.
