As of 1 January 2025, a total of 91,909 families applied for permission to use family capital ahead of schedule. Of them, 74,111 applied to use the money to improve housing conditions, 10,100 to pay for healthcare services, 7,693 to pay for education and five to buy health products for disabled people.
The ministry granted permission to use family capital earlier to 89,288 applicants. Most of such applicants are from Brest Oblast (18,900). Then goes Vitebsk Oblast with 8,540 families, Gomel Oblast with 14,223, Grodno Oblast – 10,597, Minsk Oblast – 15,484, Mogilev Oblast – 8,987 and the city of Minsk – 12,557.
The Labor and Social Security Ministry noted that the family capital program applies to families raising three and more children. From 1 January till 31 December 2025 the family capital equals Br33,275.
