“Our enterprises demonstrate stable operation. New enterprises open and new jobs are created, including with the participation of trade unions. At the invitation of ministries and agencies we take an active part in the search for solutions, necessary for our enterprises,” Yuri Senko said. “The whole world is in search of new solutions that would protect from unreasonable and pressure on workers, on states, on people, on everything that is created in the country. We do not perceive the policy of the International Labor Organization, which, unfortunately, has joined such pressure on many countries, including the Republic of Belarus. We, together with the workers, show that Belarus is a unique country where workers’ rights are fully guaranteed”.
The FTUB chairman emphasized that Belarus is a country with a very high level of human development. “The Human Development Index in the Republic of Belarus is one of the highest in the post-Soviet space, in the EAEU, in many countries of the European Union,” he said.
“Some professions are dying out and completely new ones are emerging around the world. The entire education system of Belarus is working to ensure that young people get exactly the specialties, professions that will be in demand in the market in the near future. Our departmental university MITSO trains about 5,000 students, very motivated in terms of future professions. The trade unions of education are constantly checking on the professions in demand,” Yuri Senko said.
