Belarus is set to keep digitalizing administrative procedures and public services, Chairman of the Board of the Development Bank of Belarus Aleksandr Yegorov said at the Digital Almaty 2024 forum, BelTA learned.

“Digitalization of administrative procedures and public services is coming to the forefront today. It makes services faster and cheaper for the public and the government. I think this aspect of digitalization will take on new significance in Belarus in the near future,” Aleksandr Yegorov remarked.

The E-service mobile app has already been launched, he noted. “The app will soon be updated to include more administrative procedures. The more so, in line with the instruction of the prime minister, the Servicization and Reengineering Agency is implementing the 10+10 initiative this year. It seeks to fully digitalize 10 most popular administrative procedures for individuals and legal entities,” Aleksandr Yegorov said.
The central theme of the Digital Almaty 2024 forum was “Industry X: Digital Evolution of the Future”. This year's forum featured an extensive business program that covered the topics of digital transformation in industry and innovative solutions in the areas of GovTech, Industry 4.0, ESG, Smart City, and others.
