The congratulatory message reads: “For several festive days Belarus will unite an entire constellation of stars and totally young cinematographers, whose art is based on high ideals of truth and goodness – the qualities our state is rightfully famous for.”
Aleksandr Lukashenko expressed confidence that the festival, which motto is “We create future” this time, will gift many positive emotions to fans of modern cinematography and will become a powerful stimulus to further popularization of ideas of peace and friendliness.
The head of state wished excellent mood, inexhaustible inspiration and success in all endeavors to guests and participants of the festival.
